Dispatch, shipping, and refunds for Vitalis orders.

Order Processing

Orders move to processing after payment is confirmed. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days depending on stock and verification. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it ships.

Shipping & Packaging

Orders are packed discreetly with protective materials suitable for research vials and reference standards. We use tracked courier services where available. A tracking number will be sent to the email address on your order once dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 3–7 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–14 business days

These are estimates only. Customs clearance, local holidays, and carrier delays can extend delivery times.

Non-Delivery & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us by the courier due to non-delivery, an incorrect address, or delivery refusal, we must receive the parcel back at our facility before a refund or replacement can be issued. This applies even if you did not personally initiate the return.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, contact us within 7 days with your order number.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified defective or damaged goods.

Refunds

Due to the research nature of our items, we do not accept general returns. Refunds will be issued if:

  • a parcel is confirmed lost in transit;
  • you request cancellation before the order has been dispatched; or
  • you receive a defective or damaged product as verified by our team.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
