Returns Policy

For customers in the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, and the United States, please note our returns and exchanges policy. Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept returns for defective items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange. We also accept exchanges for damaged products, allowing you to exchange the damaged item for a new one.

Please note: A parcel being returned to us by the courier due to non-delivery, incorrect address formatting, or delivery refusal will require the parcel to be received back at our facility before a refund or replacement can be issued. This applies even if the customer did not personally initiate the return.

Goods are sold for collaborative laboratory research purposes. Material is 100% synthetic, non-infectious, non-toxic, and non-pathogenic. Material is not an immunogen and is for in-vitro use only. Material will not be used for human or animal consumption and is strictly for academic laboratory research purposes. Returns — Refunds

Due to the research nature of our items, we will not accept returns except for defective or damaged goods as described above.
